The narrative of the music video is very effective as it fits with the theme of the song; Don't take what you have for granted because you'll miss it when it's gone.


I like the mix of narrative and some performance of the song. There are shots where Alicia is singing directly to camera and engaging the audience, making them feel like she is pouring her heart out to them.


This is a perfect example where the video theme is relevant to the song title. "Like you'll never see me again" sums up many life lessons and makes you want to turn to your loved ones, let them know you appreciate them and live life to the fullest; enjoying every day as if it is your last.
